資金調達額

One million dollars has been set aside for the Housing Grant program in 2025. Communities can receive up to $300,000 for housing rehabilitation and /or demolition, and up to an additional $200,000 for neighborhood development for a total of $500,000 allowed for housing and infrastructure.

補助金の管理費。

選考基準

補助金の申請書は、プロジェクトの必要性、準備状況、影響力、持続可能性、マッチング資金の調達先と入手可能性に基づいて、資金調達のために評価される。

主な考慮事項は以下の通り：

When completing a Housing Rehabilitation activity the household or tenant must meet the national objective of benefiting LMI (low- to moderate-income). If the landlord is LMI they must contribute 15% of the rehabilitation cost. If the landlord’s household is non-LMI they must contribute 25% of the rehabilitation cost. The demolition national objective is slum and blight.

Can a community apply for more than one project?

Communities may apply for multiple CDBG categories, but only one application may be submitted from a major category. Major categories include: Large and Small Community Facilities, Blueprint to Build, Regional Water Implementation, and  Water and Sewer Infrastructure. For example, a city cannot apply for both a Large and Small Community Facilities project. However, a city can submit applications for both a Housing Rehabilitation and a Community Facilities: Large Grants project.
