The award program recognizes Kansas companies committed to expanding sales in international markets and showcases those exporters to other Kansas companies seeking similar success. For more than 30 years, the state of Kansas has recognized exceptional export performance by presenting the Governor’s Exporter of the Year award to one Kansas company selected by the Kansas Department of Commerce in conjunction with the Kansas International Trade Coordinating Council (KITCC).
Over the past two decades, KSi has become the industry standard in designing and manufacturing belt conveyors, seed treatment application systems, and agrichemical systems software. As a leader in this industry, KSi has developed partnerships and engineered products with some of the largest multinational agricultural companies, resulting in KSi products being sold worldwide. Today, KSi is expanding its global presence by opening a dedicated office in Brazil and forming new partnerships in growing markets such as Argentina, South Africa, and Australia.
